Terms of Use

1. Who can use the site

You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist. If you join on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

2. The waitlist

• One entry per person, with an email address you control. We may merge, remove or ignore duplicate, fake or automated sign-ups.
• No guarantees. Joining doesn't guarantee an invite, a date, or access to any feature. Your place in line is an estimate. We send invites in waves and may invite people out of order, for example to test a particular platform or setup.
• The waitlist is free. Joining doesn't commit you to buy anything, and it doesn't commit us to any price.
• You can leave at any time using the link in any waitlist email.

3. Referrals

After you confirm your email, you get a personal link. When someone joins through it and confirms, you may move up the line. To keep this fair:

• Only real people who choose to join count. Your own sign-ups never count.
• Share your link honestly. Don't spam, don't send it to people who didn't ask, don't post it where that isn't allowed, and don't pay or reward people to sign up.
• Don't use bots, disposable or made-up addresses, or anything else to inflate your count.

If we believe someone has broken these rules, we may remove referrals, reset their place, or remove them from the waitlist. Referrals have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred. We may change how referrals work, or end the program, at any time.

4. Invite codes

An invite code is personal to you. Don't sell it, publish it or give it away unless we say you can. Codes may expire, and access that comes with a code may be limited in time or features. We may cancel a code that's been shared, sold or misused. Codes have no cash value.

5. Using the site responsibly

When you use the website or the waitlist, don't:

• break the law or anyone's rights;
• sign up other people without their permission;
• try to get around rate limits, probe or attack our systems, or scrape the site in a way that burdens it;
• pretend to be someone else, or suggest you're affiliated with Azoto when you're not.

Found a security issue? Please report it to security@azoto.app instead of testing it further.

6. Our content and trademarks

The website, its text, design, graphics and the Azoto name and logo belong to Azoto or our licensors. You may view and share pages from the site for personal or informational purposes, but you may not copy or reuse its content or branding in a way that suggests it's yours or that we endorse you.

Claude Code is a trademark of Anthropic. Codex is a trademark of OpenAI. Cursor is a trademark of Anysphere. Azoto is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Azoto does not provide any AI agent; you use your own.

7. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, you agree we may use them without restriction or payment to you. You aren't required to send any.

8. Links and other services

The site mentions or links to third-party products and websites, such as coding agents and hosting providers. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Using them is between you and their providers, under their terms.

9. Disclaimers

The website and the waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Descriptions of the Azoto product on this site describe our plans and the beta; features may change before or after launch, and we don't promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Azoto won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or the waitlist. Our total liability for any claim about them is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

11. Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law while using the site, and that leads to a claim against Azoto, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.

12. Ending your access

You can stop using the site and leave the waitlist at any time. We may suspend or remove your access, or your waitlist entry, if you break these terms, or close the waitlist entirely. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as the disclaimers, the limitation of liability and the governing law) keep applying after that.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Azoto agree to their jurisdiction. If you're a consumer in the EU, the UK or another country whose law gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts or under your local law, you keep that right.

14. General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Azoto about the website and the waitlist. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up. You can't transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for material changes we'll email the people on the waitlist before they take effect. If you keep using the site or stay on the waitlist after that, the new terms apply.
